Empowering Coaches to Empower People

As you may know my vision is to create an ‘Army’ of Positive Change and, for that, my mission is to inspire and support fellow coaches. I believe together we can change the world!

While this is also my business, and I need to charge for my services, I know that paying full price is a challenge for some. So, I have created a scholarship fund for coaches, who share my vision of creating an ‘Army’ of Positive Change and may need some financial assistance to get there.

The Coaches Fund is a personal initiative that provides coaches with access to high-quality professional development, regardless of their financial situation.
General discounts can make it unclear who they are meant to support, so this Fund helps us respond to coaches’ needs in a way that feels intentional, equitable, and meaningful for everyone involved.

The Fund is a way to pay it forward to the next generation, grounded in the belief that the coaching profession grows stronger when we stand beside one another, share opportunities, and make professional development accessible for all.

Who It’s For

The Coaches Fund is designed for:

  • Coaches experiencing financial limitations
  • Coaches committed to their growth but currently unable to invest at full rate
  • Coaches from underrepresented groups within the coaching profession
  • Coaches who value community, generosity, and paying it forward when possible

Whether you’re early in your journey or deepening your mastery, you’re welcome to apply.

Scholarship Levels

Eligible applicants may receive:

  • 20% support
  • 40% support
  • 60% support

The number of scholarships available at any given time depends on the remaining budget allocated for that quarter. The intention is to reduce financial barriers, not to assess hardship. We only ask for clarity and honest self-reflection.

How the Fund Works

At the beginning of each year, the Fund’s budget is set based on the previous year’s results of Coaching Works International. The annual budget is then evenly distributed across the quarters to ensure availability throughout the year.
Please note: Unused funds from a given quarter do not roll over to the next.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the short scholarship application form.
  2. Share the following:
    • The program you wish to join
    • The scholarship level you are requesting
    • Why this support would make a meaningful difference to you
  3. Applications are reviewed within 10 working days.
  4. Applicants receive a personalized response and, when relevant, an adjusted payment link or invoice.

Minimal paperwork. Clear terms. A human process.

Important Notes

  • Incomplete applications cannot be considered.
  • Not all applications will qualify for a scholarship.
  • Inappropriate communication with our team will result in permanent exclusion from the Fund.
  • Please read the terms outlined in the Application Form.
  • By submitting your application, you agree to the terms of the Fund.

    Terms of the Coaches Fund

    • Scholarship availability depends on the remaining balance of the Fund for that period.

    • All applications are carefully reviewed by our team.

    • The team will determine whether you receive the scholarship at the level requested, at a different level, or not at all.

    • All decisions made by our team are final and not open for discussion or appeal.

    • You may apply once per calendar year.

    • Past recipients may apply again if their circumstances justify a new request.

    • Scholarships may be applied to any current program or service.

    • Scholarships reduce the program fee only; additional costs (such as materials, travel, or accommodations) are not covered.

    • Your place in a program is confirmed only once the reduced-fee payment has been completed.

    • In addition to these terms, the terms of the specific program or service you join also apply.

    • We trust applicants to request only the level of support they genuinely need.

    • All scholarship-related communication is confidential.

    • A scholarship requires full commitment to the selected service. If a participant fails to uphold this commitment, the scholarship may be revoked and an invoice for the remaining amount (up to the full program fee) may be issued.
